Located in the heart of the market area. The rooms are nicely decorated with clean toilets. Well maintained dining room serves vert tasty food as well. Humble staff services. Only draw back is too noisy surrounding and advantage is market👍

It's very bad experience in the hotel, am chef ranjit I travel every part of the world in the year maybe solo maybe with friends, so as per that i travel this year also I started my journey along with my friends, we visited all over the meghalaya and then come back to the shillong because I will go to Arunachal so,, 25th of December 2023 we found a hotel mcrown property in shillong for night stay along with my driver. But hotel is really terrible experience we not feeling good at all as per them negative attitude even them grinding as well as services. They not at all provide services which is must be need in hospitality ground, they never provide extra bed and facility and extra towals even Wi-Fi password which they provide that is wrong when we talked in reception they said my phone is not in good conditions even my phone has problem how funny reason they showed us, when I use my phone all over the world but here I hard that comment about my phone . LOL. Even tv also not working. What ever it's very bad experience on the hotel in my life time. Even they took charged for extra person but they didn't provide water bottle from him when I asked to house keeping for bottle I hard I must be pay. Definitely I know about the industry, because am working in cruise line. Anyways have a good luck.

Hotel Is right in the centre of city. It is on the third floor of a Mall though it has its own separate entrance. The AC was not working and we had to change the rooms . The breakfast is standard . Had gone there as tourist so used it mostly as B & B .

Hotel location is good as it is in the center of Shillong city, you will get cabs easily to anywhere, convenient for marketing...Hotel staffs are polite..Receptionist (Sadhna Koch) is well spoken and very polite.. In short good experience.
